What Is a Certified B Corporation?

A Certified B Corporation® (B Corp™) is a company that has completed a certification process conducted by a U.S. based nonprofit, B Lab®, which determines if a company has met rigorous standards of social and environmental impact, accountability, and transparency assessed against the proprietary criteria established by B-lab®, an independent nonprofit organization.

Aligned with the Certified B Corporation® Declaration of Interdependence, we believe:

  • That we must be the change we seek in the world.
  • That all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered.
  • That, through their products, practices, and profits, businesses should aspire to do no harm and benefit all.
  • To do so requires that we act with the understanding that we are dependent upon one another and thus responsible for one another and future generations.
